At SoulSet.Store, we work with trusted third-party fulfillment partners to bring your custom-made apparel to life. Each item is made-to-order, which allows us to reduce waste and offer exclusive, on-demand designs. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will arrive.
🧵 Order Processing Time
- All t-shirts are made-to-order and begin production after payment confirmation.
- Production Time: 2–5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and sent to production.
🚚 Shipping Timeframes

🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the courier's website or directly from your order status page.
📦 Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately based on availability and supplier location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
🚫 Delivery Delays & Responsibility
- SoulSet.Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, holidays, or customs clearance issues.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address or absence at the time of delivery, the customer may need to bear re-shipping charges.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applicable in their country. SoulSet.Store is not liable for these charges.
