Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Items: If the product received differs from the one ordered.

Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as size issues or change of mind, as our products are made-to-order.


2. Return Window
Customers must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the product.


3. Return Process
To request a return, email us at soulsetstore.2025@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product and defect
  • Image of the barcode label on the packaging

Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.


4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued as store credits, redeemable on future purchases.
Refunds are processed within 7-9 business days after approval.


5. Replacements
If eligible, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.
Replacements are subject to product availability.


6. Courier Returns (RTO)
If a delivery fails after multiple attempts, the product is returned to our facility.
Customers can choose to have the product reshipped or receive store credit.
